Crossroads may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. If you access, use or view this website after such revisions have been made, you will be bound by them. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth above.

This agreement may be terminated by Crossroads for any reason at any time. Otherwise applicable sections of this agreement shall survive such termination.

The laws of Maryland govern this agreement. You agree that any legal action between you and Crossroads shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Maryland.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Crossroads that govern your use of this website. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Crossroads. A waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any repetition of such breach or in any manner affect any other terms or conditions of these Terms of Use. The failure of Crossroads to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this website or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
